• Been coming here for about 8 weeks, and I loved it from the first class! I've only taken the Pole Virgin with Lori, so I can't say anything about other classes/instructor, but Lori is a great teacher and makes everyone feel really comfortable. The class is split in two based on experience, Lori teaches everyone the same spins and works a lot with the newer people but also shows the more experienced dancers ways to make it more challenging. Parking isn't great, mostly street parking. I come to an evening class so I can usually find a spot close-by on Pico or in residential areas around the corner. Parking on Pico is metered but they stop after 6pm. People giving low star reviews because 'the receptionist was rude' or because of the cancellation fee is ridiculous, you should review a dance studio based on their DANCE CLASSES. I've learned so much and gained a lot of upper body strength in just the short time I've been coming here, couldn't recommend it enough!

  • I love this place.  Everything I've tried has been a great upper body workout (pole, silks, lyra/hoop).  The classes are affordable and they run specials all the time.  The teachers and desk staff are friendly and welcoming. Definitely bring your own mat!

  • The instructors here are awesome, and that's really what makes a pole studio great. I've taken classes with Anikia, Jamè, Peppa, and Ngoc, and I recommend all of them! The worst thing I can say about this studio is that the lighting is unflattering making it almost impossible to take a good video. Tips: Get there early to claim a pole Bring your own dry hands Bring your own yoga mat Be patient! Don't take an intermediate level class until you're strong enough

  • I love it at evolve. I had a month pass for the studio so I got to experience a lot of different classes and many different teachers. I really liked them all. All of their teachers are there to actually teach the art of pole dance and not just shaking your butt. They make sure to give you the basics so that you don't injure yourself and are still present in class enough to realize when their students are evolving into great more experienced dancers. They try to challenge you no matter what level you are so that your learning is never stagnant and you continue to grow. It's a great workout and id recommend to students that are more serious about their training as well as those just looking to have fun and get a great workout in.
