5pm Yin Yoga + Healing (Lindsey)
Open your body and mind in this slower-paced Yin Yoga + Healing class. We stretch deeply into the connective tissue, hold poses for longer periods of time, and nourish our personal energies. By creating more space in the physical, mental, emotional, and energetic bodies, we allow Prana, life force, to flow freely. The softer, quieter, surrender-based practice of Yin helps balance our daily urban lives of action, movement and work. Release, relieve, breathe, harmonize, and be calm.
6pm POWER-Guru've - (Lindsey & Antwan)
A Vinyasa-style dynamic flow class, Power Guru've uses breath and music as a primary link between attentiveness and integration of the mind and body. Power Guru've is an intense practice that will flow you through strengthening postures, classic Sun-Salutations A&B and Inversions the entire class. Music driven with an R&B and Neo-Soul undertone this practice is meant to strengthen and detoxify the body, burn calories, and create mindful movement. Designed for all levels.
6:30pm Crystal Meditation (Lindsey and Antwan)
Crystals and stones have been used for healing purposes by ancient civilizations for thousands of years. They are conduits that facilitate and harmonize energy flow. Join us for a guided crystal healing meditation to clear and balance the Chakras, energy centers, and to calm the mind, body and spirit. We will provide crystals, and you are welcome to bring your own!
You will relieve stress and stagnant energy blocks by using the power of yoga, sound, vocal toning, crystals singing bowls, planetary gongs, drums, aromatherapy, meditation and other healing tools to transform the nervous system.
Please bring an open heart, yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and positive intentions to create a comfortable space for healing vibrations.
