Mina Mortezaie

Mina is the current USPDF (U.S. Pole Dance Federation) Amateur Champion. She comes from a background in Dance and Gymnastics. She has been Pole Dancing for 3 years and her style brings grace, strength, and flexibility to the pole. With a degree in Communications from UCLA, Mina’s resume includes experience in broadcast journalism and digital marketing. Mina has been featured in the LA Times for her pole dancing and has graced the cover of Pole 2 Pole magazine in December 2009. She is also a Brand Director for Bad Kitty Pole Wear and just launched a new clothing line made just for pole dancers called “Pole Fit.” Mina's latest accomplishments include winning the East Meets West Bi-Polar competition with her partner Nadia Sharif.

Heather West

Heather will help you achieve strength, balance, and self-confidence through the art of exotic dance. Heather teaches progressive series classes. All students in the class start and end the series together. You will have the opportunity to learn new moves each week as well as review the moves from the previous week. The classes are set up by levels, and every four weeks, students can progress to the next level. You will also learn how to create a routine with your moves.These classes emphasize the dance aspect of pole dancing. Anjel Dust

Anjel has fifteen years experience performing and teaching the art of Pole Dance. She has won many Pole Dance competitions and is the 2008 gold metal winner of the Pole 'lympics. She has also danced on tour with bands, been featured in music videos, and performed in award shows.She has trained in many styles of dance but Pole Dance remains to be her passion.Pole Dance offers something new in every class and there always ways to increase the level of difficulty and bring your own style to each move. That's why it's so addictive!All the moves are broken down into small easy to learn steps. You'll be concentrating so much on perfecting a move that you'll forget you're body is getting a full workout. Your flexibility and strength will increase dramatically and your confidence level is guaranteed to get a boost.

Annemarie Davies

Annemarie is the founder of United Pole Artists. AM has been pole dancing since January 2002, only a small time before it was “all the rage”. Beginning gymnastics at age five, she then went on to become a competition cheerleader for 11 years. It was there where she learned to dance, become flexible and do daredevil type stunts and flips on a regular basis. Once Annemarie discovered the pole, her pole dancing talents came very naturally. She went on to win the Entertainer of the year for Spearmint Rhino Gentleman’s Club in 2006, headlining in Spearmint Rhino clubs across the country, doing themed shows with costumes and props. After working for 5 1/2 years in the strip clubs, Annemarie transitioned into dancing at Jumbo's Clown Room in Hollywood, Ca. JCR is a popular bikini bar that has many different types of entertainers, burlesque, comedic, show tuners and pole acrobats. In 2008, with an immense amount of help and support from the owners of X-Polesitions, she produced the biggest and best pole dance contest in LA to date, Pole Star Invitational. Sasja Lee

Sasja embarked on her pole journey in December of 2009 as a student and became an instructor after only 4 months. Having no athletic or dance background, she took to the pole like a fish to water. Sasja participates in local showcases, as well as competitions, even placing in the top 5 for US Poledance Federation West Coast Regionals. She also choreographed a spoof pole dance segment for Christina Applegate for funnyordie.com. She plans on expanding her love for pole by incorporating different forms of dance. Intermediate/Advanced Pole Dance takes everything you learned in the Level 2 and 3 Pole Dance classes and transforms it into performance art instead of just practice. You will learn all the intermediate to advanced pole tricks, including inversions, combination spins, and routines. More strength conditioning exercises are added to further enhance muscle strength and confidence on the pole.The class also incorporates free dance so you will learn how to transition effectively from floor to pole, wall or just dancing alone.
